    Anyone who drives Hwy 17 from Markstay to Hagar will be familiar with the "rumble strip" that was put down the centre lane only of Hwy 17 in the past month. I understand the concept, didn't totally understand why only the center lane however, to me they should have done the outsides of the roadway
