Sudbury letter: City should expropriate eyesore, convert site to park

Here we go again: the Panoramic Properties owner is dangling the prospect of cleaning up the old hospital eyesore and everyone is aflutter with the new project.

This guy has sat on this property for 14 very long years and done nothing with it except to giggle every second year when he clips an artist’s rendition of some project out of a magazine and then sits back to enjoy the reaction of the gullible.

Enough already. My vote has always been for the city to expropriate this property and turn it back into a park.

I will pay for the first tree to be replanted here.
